A deep-tread rubber outsole and metal hiker eyelets lend rugged definition, while Black Mediterranean suede keeps the finish understated and refined. Built with pavement in mind rather than summit routes, it balances outdoor influences with a considered urban silhouette.

Wear it with dark denim or relaxed trousers for days around town. The soft suede adapts to the foot through wear, complemented by a full leather lining and removable memory foam cushioning.

Substantial rubber outsole with deeper tread for uneven surfaces.

Metal hiker eyelets introduce a practical outdoor detail to the refined design.

Designed in the Netherlands and handmade in Portugal by ETQ’s longstanding family-run factory partner.

Mediterranean suede feels soft immediately and takes the shape of the foot within the first week.

Welted construction joins the sole and upper with stitching along a leather strip rather than a glued attachment.

Hand-lasted and checked twice before leaving the factory.

Between 20 and 40 components are assembled by hand in every pair.

Removable memory foam insoles conform with use and allow replacement with fresh footbeds or personal orthotics.

Full leather lining gradually softens and moulds around the foot.

Reinforcement inside the toe and heel helps preserve the shoe’s shape through repeated wear.

Finished with ETQ’s signature square at the heel.

A reusable travel bag is included for packing and carrying.

The white presentation box doubles as the shipping carton, removing the need for a second outer box.

Mediterranean Suede comes from the underside of the hide, sanded to produce a fine, velvety nap. ETQ sources it from Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, an LWG Gold-certified tannery, and Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain, an LWG-approved tannery. Every hide is checked for finish, colour, surface and thickness before cutting. Its short, dense and even nap gives the Black finish depth and consistency, with character emerging over time.

Use a suede brush regularly, following the direction of the nap. Treat with a water-and-stain protector before the first wear and renew after cleaning. If the shoes get wet, leave them to dry naturally before gently brushing to lift and restore the nap.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0736/8386/1687/files/179300-LB01SuedeAllBlack1_v11_1080x-20261014-162233.jpg?v=1791991375
