At LuxxeCoast, every order is prepared with the same care with which it was selected. From meticulous quality checks to thoughtful presentation and secure handling, each parcel begins its journey with the intention of arriving exactly as it should.

Order Processing

Orders are processed following successful payment confirmation.

Each item undergoes a final quality review before dispatch to ensure it meets the standards our clients have come to expect. Processing times may vary during periods of exceptional demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Dispatch

All orders are carefully dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email together with tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery

Complimentary doorstep delivery is available throughout Nigeria.

Estimated delivery times are:

Lagos: 7-9 business days
Other Nigerian states: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

We are pleased to deliver to selected international destinations.

Delivery times and shipping availability vary by destination and will be confirmed during checkout or upon request. You may also view international shipping information here.

Signature on Delivery

To preserve the security and integrity of every shipment, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that either you or an authorised recipient is available to receive your parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking. Your tracking details/email will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Kindly ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order. LuxxeCoast cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

Delays

While we endeavour to meet every estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier operations, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should your shipment require additional attention, our team will keep you informed and work diligently towards the earliest possible delivery.

Delayed Order Store Credit

Where an order experiences an eligible delay beyond the stated delivery timeframe, LuxxeCoast may provide store credit as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.

Store Credit

Eligible delayed orders will receive store credit calculated as a percentage of the total order value, as follows:

Orders valued at NGN 550,000 or less: 10% store credit
Orders valued above NGN 550,000: 5% store credit

For example, an eligible delayed order valued at NGN 550,000 would receive NGN 55,000 in store credit, while an eligible delayed order valued at NGN 1,550,000 would receive NGN 77,500 in store credit.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, the store credit value is calculated as the applicable percentage of the custom order service fee charged, rather than the value of the goods being sourced or ordered.

Eligibility

Store credit applies only where an order qualifies as a delayed order under LuxxeCoast’s applicable delivery timeframe. Delays caused by circumstances outside LuxxeCoast’s reasonable control, including courier or customs delays, adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, may not qualify.

Store credit is calculated on the order value and does not constitute a cash refund. It may be applied toward a future LuxxeCoast purchase in accordance with the terms communicated when the credit is issued.

LuxxeCoast reserves the right to review individual circumstances when determining eligibility for delayed-order store credit.
