We sincerely hope that each purchase exceeds your expectations. Should a return become necessary, we are committed to making the process as seamless and considered as the experience that preceded it.
Our Returns Promise
We gladly accept eligible returns on items that are returned in their original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, authenticity materials, and accessories.
To be eligible for a return, a request must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, or product integrity, the following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Earrings and selected jewellery
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear
- Gift cards
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Any item marked as Final Sale
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes a comprehensive inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our Client Services team within 24 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs. We will promptly review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and approved following inspection, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction after the refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable service fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to purchase an alternative size, colour, or style, we invite you to place a new order once your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client.
We recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service, as returned parcels remain the responsibility of the sender until safely received by LuxxeCoast.
