LuxxeCoast Personal Shopping service offers a considered way to discover fashion, accessories, lifestyle essentials, gifts and other sought-after pieces from distinguished international brands.
Whether you have a particular occasion in mind, are refreshing your wardrobe or seeking something specific, the experience begins with understanding your preferences. From there, LuxxeCoast presents a tailored selection of options for your consideration, making it easier to discover pieces suited to your taste.

Share your preferred styles, brands, sizes, budget and any specific requirements. Our Concierge team uses these details to prepare a personalised selection of items for you to consider.
Rather than navigating countless options yourself, you receive recommendations shaped around what matters to you, with the freedom to review the selection and decide which pieces you wish to purchase.
How It Works
01. Share Your Preferences
Complete the Custom Order request form with your preferred brands, styles, sizes, budget and any other relevant details. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor our recommendations. Alternatively, you may choose to book a Discovery Session rather than submit your preferences through the Custom Order form.
02. Confirm Your Request
A Discovery Fee of ₦77,000 is payable before recommendations are prepared. It is credited in full against your final purchase invoice.
The Discovery Fee does not cover the cost of your purchases, applicable Custom Order service charges or delivery fees. These will be reflected in your final invoice where applicable.
03. Receive Your Personal Curation
Our Concierge team presents a selection of options based on your stated preferences. Review the recommendations at your convenience and identify the items you wish to purchase.
04. Receive Your Custom Order Invoice
Once your selections are confirmed, a personalised invoice will be issued for your order. The Discovery Fee will be deducted in full from the final invoice. Invoices are issued in Nigerian Naira (NGN), with payment settled in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
05. Leave the Rest to Us
Following payment of the outstanding invoice balance, LuxxeCoast coordinates your purchases and delivery in accordance with the Custom Order fulfilment process. You will be kept informed as your order progresses.
Important Information
Minimum Order Value: Personal Shopping orders are subject to a minimum order value of £300 or US$500 NGN equivalent.
Personalised recommendations: Selections are prepared based on the preferences and requirements submitted in your request.
Purchase confirmation: Receiving recommendations does not constitute an order. Purchases are confirmed through the subsequent invoicing and payment process.
Discovery Fee: The Discovery Fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with a purchase after your personalised curation has been prepared and presented. If you proceed with a purchase, the fee will be deducted in full from your final purchase invoice.
Charges: Applicable Custom Order service fees will be reflected in your final invoice, with the Discovery Fee credited in full towards the amount payable.
Order fulfilment: Once the outstanding invoice balance has been paid, purchases and delivery are handled in accordance with the Custom Order fulfilment process and applicable terms and conditions.
Shipping Timeline
Enjoy doorstep delivery within 7–9 business days to Lagos, with an additional 3–5 business days for deliveries to other states across Nigeria. International delivery timelines vary by destination.
