In Sand Mediterranean suede, the ETQ DB 01 brings a light neutral finish to the classic desert boot. Its ankle-close lacing and mid-cut shape strike a balance between the ease of a shoe and the structure of a boot, with suede that becomes softer as it is worn.

Pair it with indigo denim for contrast or stone trousers for a tonal look. When cooler days call for another layer, the defined silhouette sits naturally beneath a coat, while stitched construction allows the sole and upper to flex with the foot.

The suede’s velvet-like texture comes from sanding the underside of the hide into a fine, closely packed nap. ETQ works with LWG Gold-certified Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, and LWG-approved Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain. Hides are checked for colour, surface, finish and thickness before cutting, producing an even texture and consistent colour that develops character through wear.

Maintain the suede with frequent brushing along the nap using a suede brush. Treat with a water-and-stain protector before the first wear and renew protection after cleaning. If wet, leave the boots to air-dry naturally before gently brushing to revive the nap.
