Our collections are curated in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity. Product availability is updated regularly; however, popular sizes and styles may sell out quickly. If an item is unavailable, you may contact our Concierge team to enquire about future availability or sourcing options.

Sizing and Fit

Each product page includes the size guide provided by the respective brand, along with fit information where available. We recommend reviewing these details carefully before placing your order. If you require personalised sizing advice, our Concierge team will be pleased to assist.

Product Care

To preserve the quality and longevity of your purchase, always follow the care instructions provided on the garment or product label. We recommend appropriate storage, careful handling, and professional cleaning where specified. Proper care helps maintain the appearance and performance of premium materials.

Every item offered by LuxxeCoast is 100% authentic and sourced directly from distinguished brands in the United Kingdom and the United States. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit products, or imitation goods.

Placing an Order

Browse our collections, select your preferred size and quantity, then proceed to checkout. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our Concierge team.

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through Flutterwave and direct bank transfer. Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, weekends, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Order Status

You can track the progress of your order from your LuxxeCoast account dashboard. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will also be provided via email where applicable.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you require assistance, please contact Client Services as soon as possible after placing your order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via secure payment gateways and direct bank transfer. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

Payment Security

Your payment is processed through trusted, secure payment providers using industry-standard encryption to help protect your personal and payment information. LuxxeCoast does not store your payment card details.

Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment instructions will be provided during checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been received and verified.

Payment Confirmation

After your payment has been successfully verified, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our Client Services team.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, LuxxeCoast reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or amend orders affected by such errors in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery Destinations

LuxxeCoast delivers throughout Nigeria, to 18 African countries, and to the United States. Delivery availability is displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed before dispatch. Delivery within Lagos typically takes 7-9 business days, while deliveries to other Nigerian states generally require an additional 3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any complimentary shipping offers will be applied automatically where eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also monitor your order’s progress from your LuxxeCoast account dashboard.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Should a significant delay arise, our Bond Team will keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Creating an Account

Creating a LuxxeCoast account is quick and complimentary. Simply select Create Account, enter your email address, and verify it using the one-time password (OTP) sent to your inbox. An account allows you to track orders, manage your details, and access exclusive member benefits.

Signing In

Sign in using your registered email address. A secure one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email, allowing you to access your account without a password.

One-Time Password (OTP)

Each sign-in requires a unique one-time password (OTP), which is sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our Concierge team.

Updating Your Personal Information

You can update your name, email address, phone number, and other account details at any time from your account settings. Keeping your information up to date helps ensure a seamless shopping and delivery experience.

Managing Your Addresses

Add, edit, or remove your saved delivery addresses from your account dashboard. Saving multiple addresses makes checkout faster and more convenient for future orders.

Enjoy a tailored shopping experience with our Personal Shopping service.

How the Service Works

Browse your preferred eligible retailer’s website, add your desired items to your shopping bag, and share a screenshot of your cart with our Concierge team. We’ll verify your selection, issue an invoice, and purchase your items on your behalf once payment has been received.

Service Fees

For fashion and lifestyle purchases, our invoice includes a 30% Personal Shopping service fee and a ₦10,500 flat shipping fee for orders up to £1,200 / US$2,000. Orders above this value attract a 20% Personal Shopping service fee and a ₦25,500 flat shipping fee.

For home goods and non-perishable groceries, Personal Shopping and delivery are provided at no additional service cost, subject to our order requirements.

Eligible Retailers

Our Personal Shopping service is available for purchases from selected retailers in the United Kingdom and the United States. If you’re unsure whether a retailer is eligible, our Bond Team will be happy to assist.

Order Requirements

A minimum order value of £300 / US$500 applies to fashion and lifestyle purchases.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order has been purchased and dispatched by the retailer, delivery to Lagos typically takes 7-9 business days. Deliveries to other Nigerian states generally require an additional 3 business days.

Redeeming Rewards

Available points can be redeemed during checkout on eligible orders. Your available balance and redemption options will be displayed automatically when you are signed in to your account.

Membership Tiers

The LuxxeCoast loyalty programme features multiple membership tiers, each offering enhanced benefits as your engagement grows. Your tier is determined by the programme criteria and unlocks increasingly exclusive rewards and privileges.
