Free from laces and hardware, its silhouette remains understated, while velvety Black suede adds a softer finish. The rugged sole balances the refined upper without turning it into a formal dress boot.

Mediterranean Suede is cut from the underside of the hide, then sanded to develop its fine, velvet-like nap. ETQ sources this material from Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, an LWG Gold-certified tannery, and Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain, an LWG-approved tannery. Every hide is examined for finish, colour, surface and thickness before cutting. A short, dense and consistent nap gives the Black colour depth and an even appearance that gains character over time.

Brush the suede regularly, following the direction of the nap. Use a water-and-stain protector before the first outing and reapply after cleaning. If the boots get wet, let them dry naturally before gently brushing to lift and restore the texture.
