ETQ LB 01 Suede Chocolate Mediterranean Suede

The ETQ LB 01 Suede Chocolate reworks hiking-inspired footwear for the city. A substantial rubber outsole and metal hiker eyelets give it a rugged character, balanced by the rich, velvety finish of Mediterranean suede. Its outdoor influences are expressed in a refined silhouette intended for pavement rather than mountain summits.

Pair it with dark denim or relaxed tailoring for everyday outings. Soft suede gradually adapts to the foot, while leather lining and removable memory foam insoles bring comfort to the structured design.

Mediterranean Suede is made from the underside of the hide, sanded to create a fine, velvet-like nap. ETQ sources the material from Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, an LWG Gold-certified tannery, and Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain, an LWG-approved tannery. Each hide is examined for finish, colour, surface and thickness before cutting. A short, dense and even nap gives the Chocolate shade its rich, consistent appearance, developing character over time.

Brush regularly with a suede brush, working in the direction of the nap. Apply a water-and-stain protector before initial wear and reapply after cleaning. If the shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally before gently brushing to restore the texture.
