The ETQ SL 01 Full Suede Black gives the simple slide a considered foundation. A wide suede strap lies flat across the foot for a secure feel without pressure, while a shaped footbed and welted sole bring structure to the minimalist design. The Black Mediterranean suede finish keeps the silhouette understated.

Mediterranean Suede is taken from the underside of the hide and sanded to create its fine, velvet-like nap. ETQ sources this material from Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, an LWG Gold-certified tannery, and Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain, an LWG-approved tannery. Each hide is assessed for finish, colour, surface and thickness before cutting. A short, dense and even nap gives the Black shade depth and consistency, with character developing over time.

Brush regularly with a suede brush, following the direction of the nap. Apply a water-and-stain protector before initial wear and renew after cleaning. If the slides become wet, allow them to dry naturally before gently brushing to restore the texture.
