The ETQ LB 01 Suede Black brings a hiking-inspired stance to everyday city footwear. A deep-tread rubber outsole and metal hiker eyelets lend rugged definition, while Black Mediterranean suede keeps the finish understated and refined. Built with pavement in mind rather than summit routes, it balances outdoor influences with a considered urban silhouette.

Wear it with dark denim or relaxed trousers for days around town. The soft suede adapts to the foot through wear, complemented by a full leather lining and removable memory foam cushioning.

Mediterranean Suede comes from the underside of the hide, sanded to produce a fine, velvety nap. ETQ sources it from Gruppo Mastrotto in Arzignano, Italy, an LWG Gold-certified tannery, and Sanchez Agullo in Alicante, Spain, an LWG-approved tannery. Every hide is checked for finish, colour, surface and thickness before cutting. Its short, dense and even nap gives the Black finish depth and consistency, with character emerging over time.

Use a suede brush regularly, following the direction of the nap. Treat with a water-and-stain protector before the first wear and renew after cleaning. If the shoes get wet, leave them to dry naturally before gently brushing to lift and restore the nap.
